On the sidelines of the India Trilateral Forum in Stockholm, GMF Senior Transatlantic Fellow Constanze Stelzenmüller discusses Afghanistan’s future after 2014 with Leela Ponappa, former deputy national security advisor of India. For Afghanistan to secure peace and stability within its borders, Ponappa insists that neighboring countries like Pakistan must respect Afghan sovereignty and begin to play a more constructive role.
