On April 9-10, GMF held its third India Forum, in partnership with the Legatum Institute and the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at Dartmouth House in London. In two days of discussion, participants from the United States, Europe and India had informal conversations on the prospects of Indian economic reforms, on the rise of China, on obstacles to investment flows, on enhancing entrepreneurship and opportunity, on attitudes to Pakistan, on the prospects of increased trade, and on developments in the Middle East.  India Forum convenes policymakers, intellectuals, journalists, and businesspeople from Europe, the United States, and India twice a year to discuss shared challenges and facilitate cooperation and coordination.
