Ms. Fitzpatrick outlines the 'four front lines' for protecting human rights made in Hillary Clinton's speech in Dublin, Ireland, details how the U.S.  and Europe can partner to combat human rights violations, and stresses the importance of tackling human rights abuses such as human trafficking and supporting civil society across the world.
