In this GMF podcast,  Bruno Lété, Program Officer, talks to Kathleen M. Fitzpatrick, chief of staff of Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Democracy and Human Rights at the U.S. Department of State. Ms. Fitzpatrick outlines the 'four front lines' for protecting human rights made in Hillary Clinton's speech in Dublin, Ireland, details how the U.S.  and Europe can partner to combat human rights violations, and stresses the importance of tackling human rights abuses such as human trafficking and supporting civil society across the world.
