Andrew Small’s latest policy brief, co-authored with Bates Gill, focuses on the underdeveloped relationship between the European Union, the United States, and China.
In their paper, Untapped Trilateralism: Common Economic and Security Interests of the EU, the US and China, the authors argue that in spite of the top three global actors engaging across a complex range of political, economic, and military issues, a greater degree of joint purpose and collaborative response remains elusive.
