Podcast: Corinna Horst on Leadership Skills in a Fractured Europe
Corinna Hörst is a senior fellow and deputy director of the Brussels office of the German Marshall Fund of the United States where there is renewed urgency about preserving democracy and the rule of law as fractures within and among countries grow deeper. She is also co-founder of The Brussels Binder, a kind of Yellow Pages for female experts. It is a refreshingly tangible push for more diversity, and hence more equality, in a city where much policymaking remains male-dominated. In her conversation with James Kanter for the EU Scream podcast, Corinna Hörst discusses the pressing need to address the issues of diversity and leadership skills, especially in light of the European Parliament elections in May, and the future of Europe more generally.
