Stockholm China Forum 13 was held in Shanghai on February 22. The Forum was attended by senior members of the U.S., EU and Chinese policy, business and media community, including Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt, Chen Dongxiao, Cui Liru, David Ignatius, Linda Jakobson, Kenneth Lieberthal, Michael Schiffer, Zhou Hong, and Yang Yi. Sessions at the forum focused on the strategic outlook for China-Europe-U.S. relations; the political and economic significance of the third plenum; managing risks and opportunities in a changing Middle East and maintaining a peaceful East Asia.
