Guillaume Xavier-Bender


Guillaume Xavier-Bender joined GMF in November 2010. Based in Brussels, he is a Program Officer coordinating programming related to trade, development, and the transatlantic economy. Mr. Xavier-Bender monitors EU policies and politics in relation to the program, and liaises with the economic policy community in Brussels. Prior to joining GMF, he worked for the French Prime Minister’s Services in Paris. His range of experience includes EU economic affairs, international trade negotiations, and global and national security. He holds a master’s degree in international economic policy from Sciences Po in Paris, a master’s degree in diplomacy and strategic negotiations from the Université Paris-Sud XI, and a bachelor’s in International Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
