Reporting Procedures

All grantees are required to submit a final report following the completion of their BST-supported project. Depending on specific contractual requirements, some grantees may also be obliged to submit an interim report.

Grantee reports must be submitted in English, using the following report and budget forms:

Due to the vast number of grants supported with BST funds, the Black Sea Trust requests that the Interim Report does not exceed three pages and the Final Report does not exceed eight pages. Report deadlines are listed in the grant contract.

All reports should be sent by email to blackseatrust@gmfus.org. Reports will be accepted via email only.
