Larisa Baltag (Rotaru) has been with the GMF’s Bucharest office since 2012. She is currently the Program Coordinator of the Black Sea Trust grant making programs with a focus on Moldova, and is also in charge with GMF’s public policy events. Previously Larisa worked at the Romanian Academic Society (think tank) assisting in research and project management duties, and is a former intern of the Representation of the European Commission in Romania (2010), and of the European Institute of Romania. Besides the Bachelor degree in European Studies (2009) and the Master degree in Conflict Resolution (2011), Larisa also benefited from an Erasmus mobility program at the Pavla Josefa Safarika University in Kosice, Slovakia. Larisa speaks Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, English and Italian.
