Divya Khandke is the program coordinator for the Urban and Regional Policy program in GMF’s Washington, DC office. She works on content research, written and multimedia materials, data analysis, communication coordination, project logistics, and administrative support for the Sustainable and Livable Cities (SLC) and Innovative and Inclusive Cities (IIC) initiatives. Her work focuses on Energy Allies, The Vibrant Neighborhoods Forum, The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) Fellowship Program, DC Small Events, and Bilbao Urban Innovation and Leadership Dialogues (BUILD). Prior to GMF, she interned with Alternatives for Community & Environment (ACE), an environmental justice nonprofit based in Boston and the offices of sustainability at Furman University and Davidson College. She holds a bachelor of arts in sociology with honors and a minor in environmental studies from Davidson College.
