Franziska Luettge is a program coordinator with The German Marshall Fund of the United States’ (GMF) Asia Program. Based in Brussels, she represents the program in the EU capital and is responsible for coordinating various activities in both Berlin and Brussels. Franziska’s portfolio focuses on China and includes the Stockholm China Forum, the leading transatlantic dialogue on China which takes place on a biannual basis.
Upon joining GMF in September 2015, she first worked in the organization’s Berlin office, where she coordinated discussions between key German and U.S. decision-makers across a variety of issues and formats. Franziska graduated cum laude from Rice University (Houston, Texas) with a B.A. in political science, policy studies, and German studies and holds a master’s degree in international relations from the Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and the University of Potsdam in Germany.
