Jessica Bither is a senior program officer for migration based in GMF's Berlin office where she works on programing and analysis concerning foreign policy and migration, labor market migration, refugee policies, and integration issues. She recently led the Integration Strategy Group, an expert exchange with migration policymakers and key stakeholders from Morocco, Turkey, and Germany. She served as a member of the advisory board of the Federal Foreign Office for the Global Forum for Migration and Development and is also a trained moderator and facilitator. Her prior work experience includes work for the European Council on Foreign Relations in Berlin, and for Crédit Agricole Structured Asset Management in New York City, where she was head of business development for the Alternative Investment Research division. Jessica holds a master’s degree in international relations from the Free University and Humboldt University of Berlin, and a bachelor’s in international studies from Vassar College.
