Jessica Pennetier is a public affairs and program coordinator at the GMF Paris Office. Formerly an officer in the French Army, she gained operational experience while serving at the French Joint Staff, the Protocol Office of the Defense Minister’s office, and the French Infantry Military Academy. An accomplished linguist, Jessica speaks five languages fluently and is particularly interested in Middle Eastern Politics. She holds a master’s degree in international relations from Strasbourg University and a master’s degree in international security and diplomacy from Tel Aviv University.
She is now in charge of event organization for GMF’s Paris office, in particular the Transatlantic Security and the Future of NATO project, and she coordinates the Paris Chapter of the Young Transatlantic Network of Future Leaders (YTN) aimed at strengthening transatlantic relations by offering the next generation of leaders opportunities to engage critically on core challenges facing Europe and the United States. She also leads the development strategy of the Paris Office, through partnerships and reinforcement of GMF’s network in France.
