Rod Hunter is a non-resident senior fellow with GMF and is a partner of the international law firm of Baker McKenzie, where his practice focuses on international trade and investment law.
Previously, he served as special assistant to the president and senior director at the National Security Council where he coordinated the administration’s international economic agenda (trade, finance, energy, environment, development, as well as investment), and as special counsel at the U.S. Trade Representative’s office where he litigated cases before the World Trade Organization. Earlier in his career, Rod practiced regulatory law in Brussels, Belgium.
