Tudor Cojocariu is a program officer responsible for grantmaking in the wider Black Sea region. Before joining the Black Sea Trust, he held various positions with the Civil Society Development Foundation, Romania’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the parliament of Moldova. He has also been a researcher at the Romanian Center for European Policies, the Black Sea–Caspian Sea International Fund, and the Sofia Platform, co-authoring several papers. He has been a columnist for several portals and newspapers in Moldova. He holds a master’s degree in international relations and European integration from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies of Bucharest and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Bucharest. Tudor speaks English, Russian, French, and Romanian (native).
