Annual Membership

Annual gifts are vital to fulfilling GMF’s mission of strengthening transatlantic relationships. Members of the German Marshall Fund are bound by a common interest in transatlantic cooperation and are committed to the value of networking among contemporaries within the global context. Membership begins at $250 and benefits include:

  • Invitations to intimate regional roundtable discussions with GMF experts
  • Opportunity to join issue-specific quarterly conference calls with GMF experts
  • Recognition in the GMF Annual Report
  • Subscription to GMF e-newsletters such as Transatlantic Take, On Turkey, and the EuroFuture Paper Series  

 

Marshall Leadership Giving Circle

The Marshall Leadership Giving Circle offers individuals the opportunity to engage in stimulating dialogue and discussion while building personal and professional relationships via GMF’s marquee forums, roundtables, exclusive conference calls, and networking opportunities.

$2,500  ($135 non-tax deductible)

  • Invitation to attend one of GMF’s marquee forums*
  • Special reception for Circle Members at GMF forums
  • Early registration for limited participation activities, such as regional study tours
  • Invitation to attend select events hosted by GMF’s global offices
  • All of the benefits listed at the GMF Annual Membership level 
     

$5,000  ($135 non-tax deductible)

  • Invitation to attend two marquee forums
  • Advance briefings on key GMF research and opinion polls
  • Invitation to participate in two marquee forums
  • Reserved seating at forums and events

 $10,000  ($898 non-tax deductible)

  • Complimentary** attendance at one marquee forum and an invitation to a second forum
  • Concierge-level service for all invitations and registrations

$25,000  ($1,896 non-tax deductible)

  • Complimentary participation in two marquee forums
  • Dinner with GMF President
  • Regular meetings with experts active in the donor’s area of choice

*Major Forums include: Brussels Forum, Atlantic Dialogues, Marshall Forum on Global Leadership, Stockholm China Forum, India Forum, Mediterranean Strategy Group, Transatlantic Security Taskforce, Energy Transition Forum, Turkey Trilateral Forum, Asia Young Strategist Forum, Pakistan Forum, and the Tokyo Trilateral Forum. Participation in forums is limited and is based on a first come, first served basis. 
**Complimentary attendance at forums includes accommodations, meals during forums and registration fees. The individual is responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the forum.
