Dialogues for Change (D4C) is an initiative of the Urban and Regional Policy Program at GMF, that was designed to engage U.S. and German local leaders in a discussion about how to strengthen their civic engagement approaches and test new ideas on active planning processes in their communities. Casey Foundation in Baltimore, Maryland, reflect on the value they gained from Dialogues for Change initiative at the final workshop in March 2015.
