Brussels Forum 2021
GMF's Brussels Forum is the preeminent platform for global leaders, policymakers, and experts across sectors to shape the transatlantic agenda and debate the most pressing global challenges. It is designed to encourage transatlantic leaders to work together to directly confront the challenging world we find ourselves in today. Our mission as a conference is to create a platform for debate in an inclusive and intimate atmosphere. We accomplish this by showcasing diverse voices across regional and demographic backgrounds, promoting candidness and openness in our dialogues and forming close bonds between conference participants.
DAY 1: NATO 2030 at Brussels Forum
From June 14 to June 18, 2021, GMF will convene the 16th edition of Brussels Forum. On June 14, the opening day of Brussels Forum, NATO’s Heads of State and Government will come together in Brussels for the first in-person NATO Summit since the start of the coronavirus crisis to address the most pressing challenges for the transatlantic community as part of the NATO 2030 agenda.
NATO and GMF are partnering to host NATO 2030 at Brussels Forum, featuring conversations with leaders directly from NATO HQ in Brussels as well as discussions on NATO’s priorities for the coming decades with key stakeholders from Alliance member states and partner nations. Following this day of discussions focused on the NATO 2030 agenda, Brussels Forum will continue with its regular program.
The full conference agenda will be released shortly.
