Mediterranean Strategy Group Rome: Policy Planners Forum

Mediterranean Strategy Group, Mediterranean Program

The Policy Planners Forum is a special edition of GMF’s ongoing Mediterranean Strategy Group series, organized as a PreMED event for the ISPI MED Dialogues conference in Rome. Officials from policy planning departments around the Middle East and North Africa region and both sides of the Atlantic will meet with leading experts and former officials for off-the-record conversation and discussion. The meeting will address two critical dossiers affecting the outlook for strategic stability in the Middle East and the transatlantic relationship: the future of the Iran deal after the U.S. withdrawal, and the endgame in Syria. The Forum is organized in partnership with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Compagnia di San Paolo, the OCP Policy Center and ISPI.
