On March 21, 2019 the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) with support of the ZEIT-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius will host an exclusive seminar on the issue of strategic uncoupling between the United States and Europe at GMF's headquarters in Washington, DC.
Notable experts and policy makers from Europe and the United States including academia, the private sector, think thanks and the media will discuss the past as well as the future of “uncoupling” as a key determinant in transatlantic relations and security policy, debating potential policy recommendations for this new strategic reality.
