Isotta Ricci Bitti is a program coordinator in the Europe Program based in GMF’s Berlin office. Together with Chiara Rosselli and Caspar Kolster, she works for the Mercator European Dialogue, a project that aims at encouraging a European network of emerging and senior parliamentarians.
Before joining GMF, she worked for four years as a Research Analyst and Deputy Project Manager at the European Stability Initiative (ESI). Originally from Italy, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in International and Diplomatic Relations and a Master's Degree in Interdisciplinary Research and Studies on Eastern Europe (MIREES) both obtained from the University of Bologna. She completed part of her studies at the National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations (INALCO) in Paris and at the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies within the University of Sarajevo.
