Laura leads the research and convening agenda for GMF’s Wider Atlantic program. She works on North-South and South-South cooperation, maritime policy, and the future of global governance. She is a 2018 Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leader with the Policy Center for the New South.

Laura is based in Brussels and she joined GMF as a trainee in 2016, working with the Mediterranean and the Europe program. She studied at LUISS Guido Carli and the London of School of Economics and Political Science (LSE.) She holds a B.A. in international relations, an MSc in comparative politics, and a postgraduate degree in European project management.
