
Marcos da Rocha Carvalho
Marcos da Rocha Carvalho is a Communications Officer at The German Marshall Fund of the United States where he works within the Communications Team in visual design, graphic design, motion graphic design, video editing, data visualization, and photography. Originally from Brazil, Marcos has a Master's degree in Computer Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design, and a BFA in Photography from the University of the Arts. Marcos has previously worked at the Charles Koch Institute, the U.S. Department of State, the Center for Applied Linguistics, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and The Washington City Paper. He has also provided design services to USAID, Johns Hopkins University, Coca-Cola, Brown University, the University of Central Arkansas, Securitas, The International Association of Women Judges, and several other clients in the government, non-profit, and private sectors.
