Olivia Knodt is a research assistant in the Europe Program, based in Berlin. She focuses primarily on the European Union and on the European Neighborhood Policy.  Her research includes topics on differentiated integration and on Europe's Eastern Neighborhood.  She also manages the project "German-American Dialogue on the Post-Soviet Space," in partnership with the Institute for European Politics. Olivia holds a Master of Public Policy (Hertie School of Governance) and a Master of Public Administration (Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs).
