Tudor Cojocariu is a program officer responsible for grantmaking in the Wider Black Sea area. Before joining BST, Tudor held various positions with the Civil Society Development Foundation, the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Republic of Moldovan Parliament. He has also been a researcher at the Romanian Center for European Policies, the BSCSIF and the Sofia Platform, co-authoring several papers. He has been a columnist for many portals and newspapers in Moldova. He holds a master’s degree in international relations and European integration from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies of Bucharest and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Bucharest. Tudor is fluent in English, Russian, French, and Romanian (native).
