In response to the security and humanitarian challenges posed by Russia's war in Ukraine, the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation (BST), a project of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, is launching a call for project proposals to support the response of civil society actors in the wider Black Sea region. The Short-Term Grants stream is an opportunity for civil society organizations (CSOs) to implement urgent efforts and knowledge sharing on supporting relief for Ukraine and managing the Ukrainian refugee crisis.

In response to the gender-based challenges in Azerbaijan, the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation (BST) is launching a new call for proposals that aims to contribute to the promotion of women’s social and economic empowerment and rights.
