Hear From Candidates in the German Federal Elections

On September 24th, over 60 million Germans are called upon to decide the new composition of their government. Up to six parties have considerable chances to enter the Bundestag, the German Parliament, and coalition-building processes may prove very interesting. Given Germany’s increased relevance on the international stage, the parties’ positioning on foreign policy issues is important to watch.

GMF asked candidates from all parties currently represented in the Bundestag about their views and assessments on Germany’s role in Europe and the future of the transatlantic relations.
