Whistlestops for Ukraine
The German Marshall Fund of the United States, the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, and Farm Journal are partnering on a multi-state public diplomacy initiative in support of Ukraine’s victory, recovery, and reconstruction. This whistlestop tour, headlined by GMF President Heather Conley and Howard Buffett, will foster conversations on how the war in Ukraine affects local, national, and global communities.
