Briefings and Events

The German Marshall Fund’s Congressional Affairs programming hosts a wide range of briefings and events that facilitate dialogue between Members of Congress and European parliamentarians and their staffs. Such events include engagement with newly elected Members of Congress, topical briefings for policymakers and staff, an Annual Women of Color in Transatlantic Leadership Forum, and our Transatlantic Talk Series, which brings together high-level government officials and a transatlantic reporter to discuss issues of concern within the transatlantic community. Additionally, the Congressional Affairs team hosts a number of programs aimed at fostering dialogue between U.S. subnational leaders and their European counterparts.
