Please join the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) for a timely virtual conversation on September 8 with Jan Lipavský, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, and Heather Conley, President of GMF. Their conversation will focus on the foreign policy and diplomatic priorities of the Czech Republic under its current Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The Czech government, which has provided significant assistance to Ukraine since February 24, is concentrating on enhancing transatlantic and European short- and long-term support for Ukrainians and strengthening democratic, economic, and energy resilience in Europe.
