Monika Dlugosch

Monika T. Dlugosch is a Munich-based visiting NextGen research fellow with GMF Technology Program. Her research explores the governance of quantum technologies and seeks to understand their implications for state sovereignty, with a focus on mapping and mitigating critical supply chain dependencies. 

During a Blue Book traineeship in the European Commission’s DG CNECT.C2 unit for quantum technologies, Dlugosch contributed to policy work aimed at strengthening the resilience of Europe’s quantum technology supply chains. Prior to that, she was a program assistant with the Munich Security Conference and GMF. 

Dlugosch is completing her master’s degree in politics and technology at the Technical University of Munich. She holds a bachelor’s degree in North American studies.
