Marshall Plan Initiative for Ukraine

Building on years of its thought leadership, GMF is launching the Marshall Plan Initiative (MPI), a premier international program to support Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction. Officially debuting on July 9, 2025, at a conference alongside this year’s Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome, MPI will bring together top Ukrainian experts to drive transparent, accountable, and effective governance.

MPI will lead efforts to shape coalitions for reform, craft policy frameworks, and support Ukraine’s EU accession by embedding anti-corruption standards across all recovery sectors. With a focus on integrity, transparency, and European alignment, MPI is set to become a cornerstone of Ukraine’s long-term renewal.
