Sean Bray
Nonresident Senior FellowSean Bray is a nonresident senior fellow in GMF’s Strategic Competitiveness program, where he focuses on the transatlantic economy with particular attention to the impact of tax and trade policy on competitiveness, the transatlantic relationship, and geoeconomic strategy. He is also vice president of global tax policy at Tax Foundation and policy director of Tax Foundation Europe, where he researches international tax issues.
Bray previously worked in the US Senate and the European Parliament. He holds degrees from the College of Europe and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
