How to Apply

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Manfred Woerner Seminar was cancelled last year for the first time in its forty-year history. However, we are optimistically looking ahead, and together with the German Armed Forces, we are planning to offer two iterations of the Euro-Atlantic Seminar from August 28 to September 5, 2021 and from October 2 to October 10, 2021. Following the Manfred-Woerner-Seminar’s tried and trusted approach, the Euro-Atlantic Seminar will be designed to enhance transatlantic relations and dialogue.

The nine-day program will bring together young leaders from Germany, the European Union, and the United States and will provide the opportunity to learn about various aspects of transatlantic security politics.

In order to ensure fairness, we have reserved spots for the fellows selected in 2020.

We will resume with the regular selection procedure in 2022.
