Isvtan Hegedus, chairman of Magyarországi Európa Társaság talks with Michal Baranowski, GMF's Warsaw office director about Hungary's political and economic transformation over the last 25 years and how Hungarians view the crisis in Ukraine.

Istvan describes the successes, challenges, and costs that marked Hungary's post-USSR history. In the future, he would like to see Hungary's political future more in line with European treaties and EuroAtlantic values as well as seeing a market orientated economic policy.
