GMF Staff Demographics - December 2020

The German Marshall Fund of the United States annually publishes its demographic data. GMF uses this data to determine whether the organization is moving in the direction of greater staff diversity in terms of age, gender, and race, and in which of these areas we could do better. The data on the charts below reflects the make-up of GMF’s staff in December 2020.
