Brooke Tanner is a research assistant with GMF Technology and focuses on transatlantic regulation of emerging technologies and digital platforms.
She previously worked at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the Center for Technology Innovation at the Brookings Institution, and the Mortara Center for International Studies. Tanner graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in international politics and a minor in Russian from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service.
