Colas Richard is a Brussels-based program coordinator with GMF Technology. He focuses on digital and technology policy in the EU and the United States, including that impacting AI, platform regulation and industrial policy. He also contributes to projects related to transatlantic technology dialogue.
Richard holds master's degrees in transatlantic affairs from the College of Europe and Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and in European affairs from Sciences Po Bordeaux. He also holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Sciences Po Bordeaux. He previously served in the office of the deputy mayor of Paris, where he helped organize the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
