Inclusive Leadership Summit
ILS convene annually leaders and experts across sectors to gain proficiency in Inclusive Leadership and contribute to GMF’s mission of fostering transatlantic cooperation.The Inclusive Leadership Summit has convened annually since 2018 contributing to GMF’s mission of fostering transatlantic cooperation. In this period of rapid change, inclusive and diverse leadership is essential to the cohesion and prosperity of the transatlantic community. In the decades to come leaders who incorporate inclusive practices in their workplace will excel at the forefront.
The summit brings together leaders and experts across sectors, including German Marshall Fund’s alumni base, to learn new strategies for inclusive leadership. Through ILS, the GMF strives to nourish a self-sustaining, transatlantic network of leaders dedicated to advancing inclusion and belonging across sectors. This provides an opportunity for GMF alumni to learn from each other and to provide recommendations to transatlantic and global policymakers.
