Georgina is head of the Europe Programme at the Institut Montaigne in Paris and associate at the Institute for Government in London. Her research interests include Global Britain, Franco-British relations, the European Union, and the transatlantic relationship.
Georgina has been recognized as one of the leading commentators and analysts on Brexit and the EU. Prior to joining the Institute, she was a senior researcher at the Institute for Government, research associate at Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, and an advisor at the European Commission and NATO in Brussels. Georgina has written widely for foreign policy outlets, and appears regularly in national and international news media.
She studied politics at the University of Edinburgh and completed a master’s in EU international relations and diplomacy studies at the College of Europe, Bruges. She speaks fluent English, French, and Italian.
